On May 11, 2015, The Gym @ BodyFit will begin its new â€œFour Weeks of Fitnessâ€ Motherâ€™s Day package.
The month-long special is tailored to ensure two things:
- Women will become healthier by focusing on exercise, as well as receiving nutritional guidance.
- Women will have fun doing it, working with experienced trainers, alongside their friends.
Struggling to manage children, jobs, households, and practically everything else, mothers sacrifice their own needs (and sanity) to keep everyone else on track. Rarely does a woman get time to relax, let alone attend to her physical fitness.
But what if it was possible to have fun and exercise at the same time?
At BodyFit, our Motherâ€™s Day special aims to do just that. Exercise is always more fun with friends, so we include 8 group exercise classes in the package. In these hour-long blocks, women can work out together, led by one of our friendly and skilled trainers.
The boot camp has been named â€œFour Weeks of Fitnessâ€ because it lasts 28 days, and thatâ€™s all it takes to empower someone with the habit of exercise, and get her on the path toward a lifetime of fitness and good health.
We hope most women will want to stay on, renewing for another four weeks after the first boot camp ends. Not because they will need to, but because theyâ€™ll enjoy the experience so much, and make such good friends.
Women of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels are welcome. The â€œprogressive programmingâ€ of BodyFitâ€™s Motherâ€™s Day package is perfect for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts alike.
